Photowallet for someone who inspires me...
I've been playing around with photowallets and scrapbooks since I first discovered papercrafting. This idea comes form the wonderful Dawn's Inspirations but I've resized it so it can be made out of 2 pieces of A4 cardstock. Here I've used Very Vanilla card and some retired DSP but it works with any colours - I just love monochrome!
I've used all my favourite stamps - Petite Petals, En Francais (also sadly retired), and one of my new favourites Num Num. I bought this because it reminds me of my daughter but it's just wonderful! I've used the Petite Petals punch to cut out both the stamped flowers and some from the DSP. I like to mix it up to make it more interesting!
I've sponged everything with Smoky Slate Classic Ink and used Stazon to create a crisp black stamp on the Very Vanilla card.
I've used Very Vanilla Seam Binding, pearls and small brads with black candy dots to add dimension, texture and interest to the project, as well as some small Antique Brads to create a fastening for one of the interactive pages.
To add more places for keepsakes, journalling etc, I've used the Envelope Punch Board to create tiny envelopes and the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch to make tags which are once again stamped with Stazon and embellished with pearls and Seam Binding to give them a beautiful finish.
Everything I have used or the new alternatives can be bought from Stampin' Up! Just visit me at Stampinup.net/paperviewcrafting
